Rates
A standard rate of $175.00 per 50-minute session. This includes all reviews and clinical formulation by myself of your treatment progress in between sessions, and routine phone calls, letters, and documentation that you may need to assist you in your treatment goals. Many of my clients easily obtain reimbursement from their health insurance plans. A sliding scale based on household income can be used occasionally if warranted.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Sliding Scale
Sliding scale/reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for those with current economic constraints.
Payment
Cash, check, credit, and debit cards are all accepted for payment. Payment is due at the session or may be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
